Cared helps to reduce administrative loads and enhance efficiency, while also enhancing the NDIS fund utlisation for its participants and service providers.
The Challenge
Cared came with us with a few problems, including poor user experience, cumbersome processes and expensive and mediocre solutions. Our goal was to go above and beyond to solve these issues and provide a top-notch experience and final product.
The Solution
We planned to implement an AI-based NDIS portal to match service providers and caregivers with an ML-driven parsing of NDIS plans. We aimed to provide a superior user experience and give Cared complete control over the process and delivery.
The Result
In the end, we developed software to automate reminders for upcoming plan reviews, low/unused budgets, and payment approvals. The efficiency and administrative loads of the organisation were enhanced, along with improved customer satisfaction. We provided
