Senior Java Developer

Job Brief
We have a number of openings in our technical team focusing on mobile and web development to be part of our technology leadership team. As a part of this expansion we are looking for a Senior Developer / Lead Developer with backend technology as .NET and experience working on frontend technologies, to join our award winning digital team.
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
- 6-7+ years and above
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for,
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build robust backend with microservices setup and frontend
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective and secure APIs, and integrate them with frontend applications
- Monitor the automated build and continuous integration process to ensure efficient build execution, and facilitate the resolution of build/release failures.
- Ensures security and data protection are integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
- Write technical documentation, necessary architecture diagrams
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
- Provide technical expertise and leadership for Web Technology
- Be responsible for end to end development and support cycle
- Train new developers joining the team and ensure highest level of software practices
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
To be successful in this role, you must have,
- At least 6-7+ years of experience in Web Technology with backend either in .NET
- Knowledge on frontend technologies, Angular preferrable
- Demonstrable skill in AWS/Azure Networking with a proven skills in latest AWS/Azure networking services and ability to create advanced routing and interconnectivity in a multi account strategy
- Hands on experience in Cloud environment
- Clear understanding of architecture, efficient database structure and various mode of deployments
- Experience working with Azure/AWS SDK for automating management of AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Working experience with nosql databases and ElasticSearch
- Proven enthusiasm for technology and current hands on work experience on development
- Leadership and technical skills to run a development team
- Passion for clean design and library grade coding
- Demonstrable analytical skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work in agile methodologies in a distributed team environment.
It would be nice if you have any extra skills such as,
- Prior experience of running a software team or company
- Knowledge on scripting languages
