The Challenge
The Solution
We planned to implement an AI-based NDIS portal to match service providers and caregivers with an ML-driven parsing of NDIS plans. We aimed to provide a superior user experience and give Cared complete control over the process and delivery.

In the end, we developed software to automate reminders for upcoming plan reviews, low/unused budgets, and payment approvals. The efficiency and administrative loads of the organisation were enhanced, along with improved customer satisfaction.
