The Job Feed Portal allows the HR team of EduNSW to receive all their job position requests at one place to process and distribute using their multiple channels in a simple, easy to use and efficient way.
The Challenge
Primitive Excel and Google Form based process that took them a week to check, fix and publish the position requests. Manual error prone process with no integration with other systems across the organisation.
The Solution
To create a portal that integrates with other systems across the organisation and automates the checking and filtering process. The system also implements the review, approval and the publishing flows that allows the team to export the job advertisements to multiple systems.
