The issue was the process of the idea to App Store journey for the product. The client also had a limited budget and key partners to develop the platform. Additionally, there was unclear product roadmaps and scaling in place.

To fix this problem, Muster was developed as a partner project by x-enabler taking technical development scaling up as a partnership responsibility.
The Result
Mobile apps were designed and developed that met the experience required for the product. The project was abandoned due to lack of budget and a prolonged timeline. At x-enabler, we are taking failures as lessons.
